It's on the same hydraulic circuit as the remotes. This normally happens suddenly.ĥ ) You didn't say if the three-point hitch was weak also. Get a reman pump.Ĥ ) The seal on the pump mounting flange can fail. If it turns out to be the pump, don't waste money on a seal kit. It is separate from the steering & T/A hydraulics. This is the pump in front of the RH rear axle. You should be able to feel the valve detent "click" into the float, lower, neutral, and raise positions.Ģ ) The relief valve can fail, but this is normally a sudden failure not gradual.ģ ) The hydraulic pump can wear out.

Rick,I think it is on right side by the hyd levers-at the bottom.Takes about a 1 1/8" socket. There is a relief valve located,its been a while, I think its located under or around the seat. Anyone have any ideas where I guy should start to troubleshoot the problem. I have a 966 with 2800 original hours that the hyd flow at the remote has been decreasing over the last several months I changed the filter which did not make any difference.
